At Charlene's Confections, we wholeheartedly believe that our customers deserve the best quality and experience. That's why we take every measure to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition. Below are our shipping and pick up options.

Shipping

We send our shipments from Selah, WA through USPS Priority and package them with ice packs to ensure your order arrives in the same delicious condition as when it was made.

Pick Up

Orders that request the local pick up option for delivery, will receive an email when the order is ready to arrange a time to meet. This is usually at 5:00 p.m. at the Selah High School, however we are flexible and can come up with a different plan that works best for you.
